Flexiteek International AS
Flexiteek International AS is the holding company of the Flexiteek group of companies. The Company is the owner of all international Flexiteek patents and trade marks. Flexiteek has patents for Europe (EU), USA, Canada, China, South Korea, South Africa and Australia. Flexiteek International AB in Fagersta, Sweden is the central administation office for our global operations. It is also the central material coordination and manufacturing plant. We also have our own panel production at our subsidiaries in Pompano Beach, Florida covering the American market and in West Gosford, NSW, Australia covering the Oceania market.
The owners, board members and management have considerable experience from multi-national organizations, quality assurance, boat building, international marketing and cruise ship operations.
Flexiteek International AB
Flexiteek International AB (FIAB) in Fagersta, Sweden is a fully owned subsidiary of Flexiteek International AS, and acts as the global coordination unit for all Flexiteek companies and distributors. The manufacturing plant was set up in 2001 and production started in early 2002.
The manufacturing plant is the main producer of Flexiteek sheets and panels made to order. We use both Swedish and UK material suppliers. The plant is also the main supplier of raw materials to the global Flexiteek network of authorized distributors and installers.
Flexiteek International AB (FIAB) is the central administration office for the global Flexiteek activities. This includes management of global subsidiaries and coordination of global distributors. FIAB also coordinates all global Flexiteek material orders and supplies, and handles all material development, quality, installation and training issues.
Flexiteek Americas Inc (FAM)
We consider the whole Florida state our home base, and you are free to visit us to discuss your requirements for a new decking from Flexiteek. Our office and template factory is located in an industrial park, Powerline Park, in Pompano Beach, Florida.
Flexiteek Americas Inc is a member of the NMMA National Marine Manufacturers Association
We are able to handle your trailer and boat at our site. You can park your boat here on your trailer. When you return to Florida to enjoy a new vacation, your boat is already equipped with Flexiteek decking.
Please note that Flexiteek Americas delivers Flexiteek as complete tailor made panels. You can only order panels via your boat manufacturer or through a certified Flexiteek distributor/installer. A new do-it-yourself product, Isiteek will be phased in during 2010.
