Unfortunately, the English weather did not allow the team this pleasure, but a good time was had regardless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The day-off was accompanied by a three-course meal and the opportunity for the team to chat with colleagues.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is also used as an opportunity to say a big thank you for the team\u2019s hard-work and dedication. This is especially significant this year with many team members celebrating work milestones, from 1-year to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/feed\/update\/urn:li:activity:7201870085634809856\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">30-years<\/a> to 47-years.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After another busy year for the team, the day out was a welcome break and the general consensus of the team is that we can\u2019t wait until next year!&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The summer celebration was held in Colchester, Essex. If you&#8217;re in the area and appreciate delicious drinks, food, and exceptional service, then we recommend visiting <a href=\"https:\/\/churchstreettavern.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Church Street Tavern<\/a>.
