This April, a cross-regional initiative between Advanced Marine Decking<\/a> (UK) and NAVALE <\/a>(Australia) highlighted Flexiteek\u2019s hands-on approach to maintaining high standards across all markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over a three-week period, Coby Wilson, Production Manager at Advanced Marine Decking, worked on-site at NAVALE\u2019s Australian facility, supporting live production and installation projects. The collaboration focused on refining fabrication techniques, improving workflow efficiency, and enhancing finishing detail in real time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Garry Boomer, General Manager at NAVALE, commented:
\u201cHaving Coby here has been hugely valuable. It\u2019s not about reinventing what we do, but refining it – and having someone with that level of hands-on experience working alongside the team day-to-day really helps lift the standard across the board.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initiative covered the full lifecycle of a Flexiteek deck, including fabrication, welding, installation, and quality control, ensuring a well-rounded transfer of expertise across a range of project types.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coby added:
\u201cIt\u2019s been great to spend time with the team at NAVALE and get involved in some of the projects they\u2019ve got underway. There\u2019s a strong setup here and a good attention to detail, which makes a big difference when working with Flexiteek. It\u2019s been a really productive few weeks all round.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
