Juha joined Flexiteek in August 2025 and brings with him more than 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, where he held senior leadership positions and supported customers and factories globally.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his newly appointed role, <strong>Kauppinen <\/strong>will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic activities at the production facility in Sweden, as well as forming part of the senior leadership team.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commenting on his appointment, Juha said:&nbsp;<br><em>\u201cI am really excited to join Flexiteek and look forward to working together with the team and helping the development of the business.\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Juha succeeds <strong>Tomas Gustafsson<\/strong>, who is moving on after 19 years of dedicated service to pursue new challenges. Tomas has been central to the success of Flexiteek International, leading the business through a period of significant and rapid growth that has established Flexiteek as the world\u2019s leading provider of synthetic decking and panel fabrication. Most recently, Tomas oversaw major investment in the FIAB production facility, transforming it into a state-of-the-art, technology-leading site that underpins Flexiteek\u2019s global fabrication capability.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adam Ramsden, CEO at Flexiteek International, commented, \u201cOn behalf of the entire organisation, I would like to thank Tomas for his exceptional leadership and unwavering commitment over the past 19 years.
