Since March 2025, Group CEO Adam Ramsden has led Flexiteek with a focus on expanding our global presence through strong partnerships and strategic distributor growth.
With 17 years of experience in marine manufacturing, Adam brings an understanding of what makes distributor relationships thrive: shared values, responsive support, and mutual success.
Global Headquarters
Flexiteek International Ltd
Our UK facility in Tollesbury, Essex, manages the production of Flexiteek, Wilks, and Isiteek products, alongside global sales, warehousing, marketing, and accounts operations.
Established in 1973 as Wilks and integrated into the Flexiteek Group in 2019, the Tollesbury site is committed to delivering fast, reliable product fulfilment and dedicated support to our network of distributors and professional partners.
Flexiteek Sweden
Flexiteek International AB (FIAB)
Based in Fagersta, Sweden, Flexiteek Sweden is a fully owned subsidiary of Flexiteek International AS. This location supports panel fabrication for OEMs, installation, and supports our global training process.
The Fagersta plant was established in 2001, with production commencing in early 2002. In early 2024, operations moved to a new state-of-the-art facility featuring solar panels, EV chargers, and ground source heat pumps, making it our most sustainable production site worldwide. Designed with efficiency and reliability in mind, the facility ensures trade partners and distributors receive high-quality products delivered on time, every time.
Flexiteek Poland
Flexiteek Marine Products Sp Z.O.O.
Based in Ostróda, Poland, Flexiteek Marine Products (FMP) serves as our central European fabrication hub for Flexiteek products. Established in 2021, the facility is strategically located in a prime maritime production area, providing direct connections to leading boat builders and OEMs and ensuring reliable, timely supply to meet professional production schedules.

Flexiteek USA (FUSA)
Started in early 2025 and based in Lake Park, Florida, our newest global location has opened to reposition Flexiteek within the competitive US market.
The team, headed by experienced marine sector professional Chad Adams, is well placed to build on the growing network of distributors providing local support and distribution to partners in the region.
