Flexiteek International Appoints a New Managing Director of Sweden, Juha Kauppinen

Flexiteek International has announced that Juha Kauppinen has been appointed as the Managing Director of Sweden. Juha joined Flexiteek in August 2025 and brings with him more than 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, where he held senior leadership positions and supported customers and factories globally.
In his newly appointed role, Kauppinen will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic activities at the production facility in Sweden, as well as forming part of the senior leadership team.

Juha succeeds Tomas Gustafsson, who is moving on after 19 years of dedicated service to pursue new challenges. Tomas has been central to the success of Flexiteek International, leading the business through a period of significant and rapid growth that has established Flexiteek as the world’s leading provider of synthetic decking and panel fabrication. Most recently, Tomas oversaw major investment in the FIAB production facility, transforming it into a state-of-the-art, technology-leading site that underpins Flexiteek’s global fabrication capability.
