A Global Fabrication and Distribution Network
Once manufactured in the UK, our global network of facilities and distributors transforms Flexiteek profiles into finished decking panels. Our dedicated fabrication centres in Sweden, Poland, and the USA, supported by a wide international distributor network, enable local fabrication, customisation, and installation.
This global presence ensures faster lead times, reduced shipping distances, and a truly local service. Every facility follows the exacting Flexiteek standards. This approach guarantees that your decking maintains consistently exceptional quality and performance, no matter where it is produced.

Attention to Detail in Every Process
Each Flexiteek profile is extruded to precise tolerances and continuously monitored throughout production.
Experienced setters oversee every run, ensuring quality begins at the very first coil. Regular samples are taken and measured against master standards for size, grain, and colour accuracy. Hourly inspections and additional checks for complex profiles guarantee uniformity and reliability. This meticulous attention to process ensures that every metre of Flexiteek reflects our reputation for excellence and commitment to the highest standards in marine decking manufacture.
From Pellet to Profile
Flexiteek decking begins as virgin polymer pellets processed in Essex using advanced extrusion and dosing technology. This ensures consistent colour and a realistic, naturally varied wood-grain appearance. The profiles are cooled in temperature-controlled water baths, with up to 80% of the water recycled to reduce environmental impact.
Skilled technicians then hand-finish each profile, checking texture and accuracy to guarantee the distinctive, high-quality surface that sets Flexiteek apart from imitation synthetic decking alternatives.

From Profile to Panel
The Flexiteek fabrication network assembles each Flexiteek panel from individual profiles, just like a traditional teak deck. Instead of wet caulking, Flexiteek uses vinyl welding for a stronger, more uniform bond. Our fabrication centres in Sweden, Poland, and the USA supported by trained distributors, craft these profiles into finished panels with local precision.
This ensures consistent quality, reduced lead times, and sustainable logistics, giving customers worldwide access to expertly fabricated Flexiteek decking panels of identical quality and craftsmanship.
The Finishing Touch
The linishing department finely sands each Flexiteek profile to achieve its distinctive, wood-like texture.
Every coil undergoes multiple inspections for width, caulking precision, surface grain, and colour consistency before moving to packaging. The result is a finish that looks and feels remarkably like natural teak. Skilled craftsmanship and strict quality control ensure that every metre meets our premium standards, giving boatbuilders and owners worldwide a decking solution that delivers beauty, durability, and long-lasting performance.
