From Pellet to Profile
Flexiteek decking begins as virgin polymer pellets processed in Essex using advanced extrusion and dosing technology. This ensures consistent colour and a realistic, naturally varied wood-grain appearance. The profiles are cooled in temperature-controlled water baths, with up to 80% of the water recycled to reduce environmental impact.
Skilled technicians then hand-finish each profile, checking texture and accuracy to guarantee the distinctive, high-quality surface that sets Flexiteek apart from imitation synthetic decking alternatives.
From Profile to Panel
The Flexiteek fabrication network assembles each Flexiteek panel from individual profiles, just like a traditional teak deck. Instead of wet caulking, Flexiteek uses vinyl welding for a stronger, more uniform bond.
