Award Winners Featuring Flexiteek Decking 2026

Each year, over the course of boot Düsseldorf, the European Yacht of the Year (EYOTY), European Powerboat of the Year (EPOTY) are presented, in addition to the Motor Boat Awards.

These prestigious awards recognise excellence in design, innovation, build quality, performance, functionality and value for money, while also highlighting the best new boats launched that year. Flexiteek is proud to see Flexiteek 3 featured on award-winning as well as award-nominated boats across multiple categories, across all three awards.

European Powerboat of the Year Awards 2026 (EPOTY)

Five boats from each category were nominated, with each category defined by boat type and size. This approach ensured a fair and balanced comparison across a wide range of vessels. While also highlighting the very best examples within each class.

Motor Yachts (up to 24m) – De Antonio D60 – Winner

The winner of the Motor Yachts (up to 24m) category in 2026 was the De Antonio D60. European Yacht of the Year Awards 2026 (EYOTY)

This year’s European Yacht of the Year Awards, 21 yachts were shortlisted, marking the largest selection in years. Each yacht was tested by 12 international journalists, ensuring a thorough assessment.

Best Family Cruising Yacht 2026 – Dufour 48 (Nominated)

The Dufour 48 was nominated for the Best Family Cruising Yacht in 2026. This luxury 15m sailing yacht is designed to be comfortable, below deck and outside, enjoying the fresh air. Best Family Cruising Yacht 2026 – Fountaine Pajot 41 (Nominated)

The Fountaine Pajot 41 was nominated for the Best Family Cruising Yacht. This catamaran is 12.1m long and has a strong and steady feel, even in strong winds; moreover, it’s the perfect blend of elegance, performance and habitability, resulting in a fun and easy-to-handle yacht.

Motor Boat Awards 2026

The Motor Boat Awards are organised by Motor Boat & Yachting. All boats nominated are judged through extensive sea trials as well as rigorous testing being carried out by the magazine’s technical experts.

Best Sportscruiser over 45ft – Pardo GT75 Winner

The winner of the Best Sportscruiser over 45ft category in 2026 was the Pardo GT75. It combines the sociable feel of a walkaround with the shelter and cruising assurance of a pilothouse design. Alongside modern fittings and state-of-the-art technology, it is also fitted with Flexiteek Scrubbed Grey. A decking choice that reinforces this balance perfectly. Best Family Cruiser up to 45FT: Viknes 10 Winner

The winner of the Best Family Cruiser up to 45ft went to the Norway-designed and built Viknes 10. In particular, this boat was designed to provide the most for the users at the best value. As a result, a 10.6m specced out boat that featured a drop-down curtain system, massive sunroofs, and a spacious cockpit is available at a more affordable price. With a history of working with Flexiteek synthetic decking on other models, the Viknes 10 is also available fitted with Flexiteek. Providing low-maintenance features and the ability to be cleaned with just water, enabling more time on the water.

Best Sportsboats up to 30ft: De Antonio D29 (Nominated)

Nominated for the Best Sportsboat up to 30ft, the De Antonio D29 is just over 26ft, making it one of the smaller boats in the De Antonio range. The D29 offers extensive customisation options and is available in both hardtop and soft-top options. With dual panoramic screens, the D29 allows for a unique sailing experience. Best Weekender up to 40ft: Delta 33 Coupé (Nominated)

The Delta 33 Coupé was nominated for the Best Weekender up to 40ft. With its stability, fuel efficiency, and robust walkaround decks, the Delta 33 Coupé enables smooth boating all-round. Additionally, fitted with Flexiteek decking, this sports cruiser benefits from the safety built into the decking for over 25 years. Flexiteek has anti-slip resistance verified through a series of independent tests.

Best Sportscruiser over 45ft: SAY 52 (Nominated)

Nominated for best sports cruiser over 45ft is the SAY 52, a 50ft carbon fibre sports cruiser that weighs only 8 tonnes. With a key focus on speed and efficiency, especially in terms of fuel. Made by Say Carbon Yachts, the SAY 52 offers a harmonious blend of performance and craftsmanship. Best Flybridge Over 55ft: Pardo Endurance 72 (Nominated)

The Pardo Endurance 72 was nominated for Best Flybridge Over 55ft and offers a new level for those seeking to elevate their experience at sea. This boat has the classic Pardo Yachts styling of the reverse bow. It not only provides a spacious area for relaxation but is also designed for long-range cruising. Available to be fitted with Flexiteek, PVC decking that’s not made using fossil fuels.
