Flexiteek Strengthens Manufacturing Capability Through Cross-Site Collaboration Following Denmark Acquisition

Following the recent acquisition of Flexiteek Denmark, Flexiteek International brought together teams from Poland and Denmark at its production facility in Ostróda, Poland, reinforcing its commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement across the Group.
The visit provided a valuable opportunity for both teams to share expertise, align processes, and exchange best practices in extrusion, fabrication, and emerging production techniques. This hands-on collaboration reflects Flexiteek’s ongoing focus on innovation and operational excellence across its global manufacturing network.
By connecting teams from newly integrated and established operations, Flexiteek continues to strengthen its technical capabilities while ensuring consistency in quality and performance across all sites.
Scott Berry, Group CFO, commented:
“It’s been very rewarding to see the teams working together, actively sharing their skills and craftsmanship in deck fabrication. The combined manufacturing footprint and knowledge across these two locations significantly increases the strength of our fabrication capability within the Flexiteek Group, producing high-quality decks using the best synthetic decking product in the market. It’s a powerful combination.”
This collaboration marks another step forward in Flexiteek’s strategic growth, leveraging its expanded footprint to deliver enhanced value, innovation, and expertise to customers worldwide.
