Flexiteek Features on Award Winners

Flexiteek is proud to see Flexiteek synthetic teak feature on winning boats across three prestigious awards.

This January saw the return of the highly awaited award ceremonies at boot Dusseldorf. The international show provides the perfect location and backdrop for the awards, attracting international visitors besides some elite boating names.

European Powerboat of the Year Awards – 2023

Industry experts from powerboat media outlets reviewed over 250 new models for 2023, finally selecting an impressive 28 craft across six categories for judging. 

This year’s six winners were praised for their workmanship, handling and implementation of innovative ideas and concepts. 

We are delighted to see Flexiteek feature on the following winning powerboats:

Up to 8m

Winner: Askeladden C 78 Cruiser / Parker 780 Escape, fabricated by Flexiteek International AB and fitted with Wilks fendering.

Up to 14m

Winner: De Antonio D36, deck fabricated with Flexiteek.

European Yacht of the Year Awards – 2023

Celebrating its 20th anniversary, the European Yacht of the Year partnered with 12 sailing magazines for its 2023 awards.

Judges put the sailing yacht nominees to the test with multiple sea trials lasting several days before picking five worthy winners.

The Motor Boat Awards – 2023

Well-known within the industry, the yearly Motor Boat Awards is trusted to provide winners with boat buyers’ interests at heart.

All boats are sea-trialled and rigorously tested by technical experts, in order to guarantee that they meet the high standards expected of motor boat award winners.

Out of the ten category winners, we are honoured to see Flexiteek feature on the following craft:

Winner: De Antonio D36, deck fabricated with Flexiteek.

Sports cruisers up to 45ft

Winner: Marex 330 Scandinavia, decked fabrication by Flexiteek Marine Products.
